SUMMER RUNNING AND CONDITIONING CAMP
Join us this summer for our running and conditioning camp! Get in shape for fall sports!
Our goal is to prepare athletes with a solid foundation so that they can be successful in their school's respective cross-country, sports, or to stay in shape for track!
STARTS on Monday, July 6th.
ENDS on Saturday, August 8th.
To register, go to the Program Registration section of our website to ensure you have all correct documentation filled out and turned in.
Program Cost
$220 TOTAL
$200 to be paid by VENMO, Cash, Check, or Cash App to Roberto Suarez.

This must be done before or on the first day of practice.

Athletes will learn:
Running fundamentals
Breathing techniques
Race day preparation
Running specific strength training techniques
Auxiliaries
Range of motion exercises
How to track mileage
Nutrition
Recovery techniques
Athletes will also have the opportunity to compete in the Wild Duck 5k at the end of the summer. Races are included in the program cost.
Practice Schedule and Locations
Our team meets 6 days a week. High school athletes are encouraged to train all 6 days. Middle school athletes are encouraged to train 4-5 days a week. Below are the time schedules:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat: 8:30 AM
Our first practice will be at Mance Buchannon Park, Oceanside.
Practices run 2–2.5 hours
